I've been buying, towing and dealing with old vehicles since 2000. You talk to me when you call: I ask about the vehicle, give you the price and arrange the pickup. The paperwork gets done at your place and you're paid before loading. I buy running and non-running vehicles and come to them.

Who Am I Actually Dealing With?
Me, Jay. I take the call, ask about the vehicle and set the price myself, so you're not repeating your story to a dispatcher. The number agreed on the phone is the number honoured at pickup if the vehicle matches its description. Free towing is included for complete vehicles I buy; missing wheels or major parts can affect pickup or require paid removal.
I run tow trucks with drivers I've trained to the standard I expect, so the pickup is handled the same way whichever truck comes out.
I cover Mission, from Cedar Valley and Silverdale to Dewdney and rural properties. Tell me about long gravel driveways, slopes, tight spaces or a vehicle behind a shop. That helps me plan the equipment and access rather than ask you to move it first.

What Kind Of Work Has Jay Actually Done?
Buying, towing and recovery work since 2000. That includes running vehicles people want to sell, mechanical failures and vehicles parked for years. Gravel driveways, rural acreages, tight carports and blocked access need a plan before the truck arrives.
High-kilometre Civics and Corollas. Grand Caravans that sat once the family bought something newer. F-150s and Rams with rusted rear frames. Work vans retired after a decade of trades work. Vehicles with no keys, no battery, seized brakes, flat tires, or moss growing on the roof. That's what the winch and the deck are for.
A vehicle that has been sitting for years can have rusted mounting points and brakes that won't release. It gets winched carefully, strapped properly and hauled on the deck rather than dragged out to save ten minutes.

How Are The Vehicles Recycled?
Vehicles being recycled are delivered to approved BC recycling facilities. I buy, tow and remove vehicles; I do not operate a recycling yard.
Fluids like fuel, oil, coolant, brake fluid and refrigerant are drained and handled properly. Usable parts can be recovered for vehicles still on the road here, and the steel and aluminium get recycled. That's the part people never see, and it's the reason a vehicle still has value when the engine is finished.
What Should You Expect On The Call?
A short, plain conversation. Year, make, model, condition, what's wrong, whether it runs, major missing parts and where it's sitting. You get a cash number and a pickup window.
If something about your situation is unusual, like missing keys or registration, say so on the call and I'll tell you what's needed. If the answer depends on ICBC, I'll say that instead of guessing.
