Jay asks about surface, slope and clearance before the truck is sent so the right equipment comes, and vehicles are winched onto the flat deck rather than dragged. That is why most pickups are straightforward, and if access looks tight he will tell you on the call.
Check the glovebox, under the seats and the cargo area for anything you want to keep. Whatever is left goes with the vehicle.
Government photo ID and proof of ownership, normally the ICBC vehicle registration. The name on the registration should match the person signing and taking payment.
