— Whose name is on the ICBC registration
— Anything unusual: lost registration, estate vehicle, out of province

When Can I Reach Jay?

Seven days a week, roughly 7am to 8pm. If he's under a vehicle or on the winch when you call, leave a message or send a text and he'll call back the same day.

There's no answering service and no queue. It's the same phone that's in the truck.

Which Areas Does Jay Cover?

All of Mission and the surrounding area: Cedar Valley, Hatzic, Hatzic Prairie, Silverdale, Ferndale, Dewdney, Nicomen Island, Steelhead, Stave Falls and the acreages up Dewdney Trunk Road.

If you're just outside those lines, call anyway — it's often on the way.
